Terms and Conditions for donations

General terms

Bergen Open Source, org.no 935344670, offers both recurring monthly donations and one-time donations via Vipps.

For monthly charges, you can choose a fixed donation amount (e.g. 100 NOK), with the first charge in the same month as setup. The amount and frequency (monthly) are confirmed in the Vipps app upon signing.

You can of course also avoid recurring payments and donate a one-time amount whenever you wish!

Cancellation and changes

There is no binding period, so you can cancel or change the agreement at any time for free directly in the Vipps or MobilePay app. Contact us at post(at)boskonf.no if you have any questions.

Personal data

We process necessary information such as name, phone number, and payment details solely to administer the donation, in accordance with GDPR. We will not use the data for any other purpose than to verify who has donated what when errors occur in the payment chain or when cancelling recurring donations.
